About the brand

FUTUREWIFE exists to welcome the full spectrum of emotion around the decision to marry — the dark and the light, the hope and the hesitation, the idealism and irreverence. Our pieces are built for layering — meant to be mixed, styled, and interpreted by you.

We’re not offering a bridal fantasy, we choose to see the beautiful and complex reality.

Services

Currently, the studio offers:

  • Custom design — designed from scratch or reinterpretations of FUTUREWIFE silhouettes

  • Up-cycling and vintage re-designs — for those who want to reimagine something already meaningful

  • Made-to-measure pieces from the upcoming FUTUREWIFE collection — launching soon

Each project is deeply collaborative and interweaves your ideas and self-understanding with our storytelling and formal design techniques.

Meet the designer

FUTUREWIFE was dreamed up by Hannah Amundson Van, a quietly meticulous creative with a deep background in product development at some of LA’s favorite bridal brands.

Today, she brings that same standard of luxury craftsmanship into an intentionally slower, more personal process. From her Los Angeles studio, she designs one-of-a-kind pieces that are technically exquisite and emotionally resonant.
